Dear Omar:
First, answer emails sent to me asking for support to have a "Law of the Bicycle."
On the idea of \u200b\u200blegislating for the use bicycle and cyclists, only tell you that I fully endorse. The reasons for agreeing are numerous: better health of people, less pollution, less jams, and other vehicle. But it seems especially important because legislate in favor of cycling has to do with the role that should fit it-or-citizens in defining the type of city we want. A city friendly to those means of transport such as cycling is a safer, cleaner, higher quality of life. Having a law like the one you drive should lead to cities where the most important are the people and not cars, as happens today.
also with serious levels of pollution that is occurring particularly in the metropolitan area, encourage bicycle use is to avoid or reduce the number of deaths from respiratory diseases. Indeed, this idea also allows me to replace ideas I raised earlier, to reduce or restrict car access to central perimeter of the capital, thus strengthening further the use of the bicycle.

We have a long way to make a choice healthy lifestyle, such as cities that have made England, Holland and France, the bicycle is the vehicle most used by people, exist even today the system of public bicycle rental, a low cost that one can take from public places. I hope we can get, as I had the privilege of seeing in England, at a time when parliamentarians themselves use the bicycle to get to Congress.
